Code Of Honor

Here is the proposed Code of Honor. Please give me feedback on them before we formally adopt them as a Team.

1. Never abandon a teammate in need.
2. Be willing to "call" or "be called".
3. Grow stronger with every victory no matter how small.
4. Be on time.
5. Keep all promises and agreements and clean up broken or potentially broken promises ASAP.
6. Address challenges with others with that person directly.
7. Take 100% responsibility.
8. Be resourceful and creative.
9. Never let "personal drama" get in the way of your goals.
10. Be loyal to the team.
11. Commit to personal development.
12. Don't seek or ask for sympathy.
13. Whenever you seek acknowledgment, give it to others.
14. Everyone must sell.
15. Leave things and especially people better than you found them.
